A Pitch for our Future

Ryedale School – A Pitch for our Future – 3G Consultation

Introduction:          Ryedale School is launching a consultation with parents and the local community with a view to enhancing the area’s sports facilities                                         through the provision of a new, full-size 3G football turf pitch (FTP).

Proposal:                We hope to build a fully-accessible, full-size 3G FTP (106m x 70m) including a rugby shock-pad on the playing field at the school. The                                         project would be jointly funded by the Football Foundation and Ryedale School, and the facility would be available for community and                                     grassroots sports use (not just football) outside of school hours.

Next steps:            The consultation process will run from Monday 27th June to Friday 22nd July.  For more information, please watch the consultation video                                  below -  ’Ryedale School - A Pitch for our Future’

We encourage all stakeholders and residents in the local community to take part in our consultation and to                                                                                      complete the questionnaire by clicking here.

Feedback received from this engagement will be taken into consideration as part of our bid proposal to the Football Foundation.
