Child Protection

Child Protection

Protecting children from harm is the core business of every member of our team. Dr Carolyn Williams, Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and our Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensures high quality safeguarding is at the forefront of all practices within school. We are committed to multi-agency working and have long standing and effective partnerships with North Yorkshire Children and Families Services, North Yorkshire Police, and with health practitioners such as school nurses, GPS and CAMHS.

Further information for professionals, children and young people, and parents and carers can be found by clicking on the NY Safeguarding Children Partnership button. CEOP supports people concerned about online abuse, including online sexual abuse.
