Staff Safeguarding Overview and Policies
We maintain very high standards with regard to staff training in safeguarding practices. In addition to fulfilling standard training requirements, many colleagues have additional training and qualifications to support their enhanced roles in working with young people. Every member of staff sees safeguarding as their responsibility and our programme of continuous professional development ensures all colleagues are kept up to date and that policy is effectively implemented.
